Landlord and Tenant Law
Ms. Yelton practices a great deal of Landlord and Tenant law representing both landlords and tenants including leasing, options to purchase, rights of first refusal, evictions and collections.

Avoid Foreclosure:  Mortgage Workouts, Renegotiations and Bankruptcy
Ms. Yelton can help you avoid foreclosure by renegotiating your mortgage directly with your lender or through the bankruptcy process.

Contract Law
Ms. Yelton can assist you with all manner of Contract Law including preparing and enforcing contracts and formation of business entities.

Construction Law
Ms. Yelton represents owners, contractors, construction managers, developers, design professionals and suppliers in all aspects of the construction process, including bidding and document preparation, contract negotiation and formation, contract performance, financing and warranty issues, mechanics and materialmen liens, and claims and dispute resolution.

Probate Law
Our firm represents clients in preparing and probating wills and in administering the intestate estates of persons dying without a will. Most of our representation deals with estates involving real property and the clearing of the title to real property owned by persons now deceased.

Ms. Yelton can consult with you concerning your real estate interests. Her office hours are 8:30 A.M. to 5:00 P.M. Monday through Friday, but are also flexible to meet your schedule.
